FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology, medicine, cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: strain Serratia marcescens B-10 L-1 (NII KKM B-687) - a producer of lipase is obtained from the parent museum strain Serratia marcescens B-10 as spontaneous variant. Culturing time is decreased from 24 to 20 h and enzyme yield is 800 U/mg of biomass. EFFECT: broadened assortment of strains as lipase producers, high output of strain, decreased culturing time. 1 tbl, 1 ex.
