SUBSTANCE: medium for cryoconservation of liver cells has low- -molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone as cryoprotecting agent and nutrient medium RPMI-1629, 1-% human albumin solution and potassium orotate as life-providing components in the following ratio of components, mas. pts. : medium RPMI-1629, 10-10.5; polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-1.5; human albumin solution, 3-3.6 and potassium orotate, 1-1.2; pH = 7.6. Invention provides high viability of liver cells at the long storage in the frozen state, absence of cells adhesion, possibility of cells transplantation without removal of cryconservation medium. Invention can be used for cellular banks making. EFFECT: improved properties of medium. 1 ex.
