FIELD: organic fertilizer production. SUBSTANCE: fertilizer contains, subjected to composting stage, hydrolysis production wastes such as lignin (58-65%) and yeast residue (25-35%) to which brown coal combustion ashes (4-10%), as mineral structuring substance, is added. Initial components are used with no preliminary dehydration. EFFECT: reduced cost of produce due to utilization of reject materials. 2 cl, 3 tbl.
