(54) METHOD OF JIGGING IN MACHINE WITH MOVABLE SCREEN AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: gravity concentration of minerals; concentration of diamond-containing pitches. SUBSTANCE: starting non-classified material is fed to movable screen whose frame is made in form of three screens located in stepwise manner and rigidly secured together; diameter of holes of each subsequent screen is lesser than diameter of holes of previous screen; at point of loading, frame is connected to vibrators which impact vertical vibrations to screen at point of loading; at point of discharge, frame is articulated to box. Sagging the starting material is effected in stepwise manner at simultaneous discharge of tailings. Amplitude of vibrations of loading part of screen is equal to 3-5 maximum sizes of starting material to be concentrated and that of unloading part is equal to 2-3 sizes of fine class of material to be concentrated. Frequency of vibrations is regulated depending on granulometric composition of starting material in interval from 5 to 100 min-1 .
