FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for distance measurement of temperature of various objects within range from -60 to +60 C and can be used in various branches of science and technology where employment of traditional temperature meter meet with difficulties. Proposed device incorporates generator, transmitting and receiving antennas, permanent magnets creating bias field and frequency meter. Generator is SHF generator which includes hollow-space oscillator and Gunn diode. Gyromagnetic resonator made of FeBO3 monocrystal is anchored inside hollow-space oscillator. EFFECT: extended distance of contact-free transmission of signal, simplified design of device and enhanced authenticity of measurements. 2 dwg
