FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing aorta and pulmonary artery projection area, atrium area and reflexogenic zones to low intensity infrared laser radiation. Pulse generation frequency is 80-300 Hz. Laser therapy course is applied twice in 6 months during the first year, and then, once a year during the period of maximum probability of coronary insufficiency exacerbation. The treatment course is 10 procedures long. EFFECT: improved coronary insufficiency development course; enhanced accuracy of cardiac ischemia disease prognosis. 3 tbl
