(54) PROCESS OF EXPLOITATION OF GENTLY DIPPING SEAM

FIELD: mining industry, mining of stratified mineral resources of gently dipping occurrence. SUBSTANCE: butt entry is prepared by laying of conveyer and ventilation headings, chamber along far border and cut-through along nearest border of butt entry. Cleaning complex is erected in butt entry and flight of conveyer that imparts conveyer belt with flat shape in ventilation heading and cut-through and chute shape in face and conveyer heading is mounted in all mentioned headings. All headings are united by one endless conveyer belt. Unit of deviation of belt where conveyer belt is turned over and deviated into conjugate heading is set at each tie-in of specified headings. Coal is extracted in breakage face by combine operating from flight of conveyer. Combine loads broken down coal directly on to belt. At each tie-in of face with conveyer heading transported coal is unloaded from belt, belt is turned over twice with change of direction of travel and is loaded through loading chute again with coal for further transportation. EFFECT: increased efficiency of working of gently dipping coal seam thanks to enhanced velocity of transportation of broken down coal in face area. 2 dwg
