DELETE Section 1.5(b). The online form of the Publications may not be used for interlibrary lending.

REPLACE Section 3.1 with the following: Upon execution of the APPEAL Agreement, Institution will pay the flat rate license fee set forth in the APPEAL Agreement for the one year trial license. All amounts payable by Institution will be exclusive of any taxes, for which Institution will be responsible. Institution will report to Publisher any additional required information and correct any erroneous information regarding Institution's Print Holdings, demographic information, or other requested information.

DELETE Section 3.3. New Sites may be added to this Agreement only by Publisher.

DELETE Section 4.1. The DDP for print journals does not apply during the term of this trial agreement.

REPLACE Section 6.1. with the following: The term of this Agreement is one year from the earlier of date of execution of the APPEAL Agreement or Publisher's providing any Institution or Consortium access to IDEAL.

DELETE Section 6.4. No post-termination access to IDEAL will be provided under this Agreement.

ADD the following term: Publisher will control use of and access to IDEAL and the Publications, and any misuse by Institution, its Authorized Users, agents, representatives, or any other person will result in immediate termination of access to IDEAL and termination of the APPEAL Agreement.
